As a Founder's Office Intern, you'll work directly with the founders and management on high-impact projects across strategy, operations, product, partnerships, research, and execution. This is a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in building and scaling a fast-growing startup.

What You'll Do

1. Work directly with the founders and management on strategic initiatives and business priorities.
2. Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
3. Assist in product planning and feature prioritization.
4. Coordinate with engineering, product, design, compliance, and operations teams.
5. Prepare presentations, reports, business documents, and investor materials.
6. Track project execution and ensure timely follow-ups across teams.
7. Analyze business metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
8. Support partnership discussions, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication.
9. Automate operational workflows using AI tools and no-code platforms wherever possible.
10. Handle special projects that require quick learning and ownership.

What We're Looking For

1. Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication.
4. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
6. Comfortable handling ambiguity and taking ownership.
7. Strong proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
8. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Notion AI is a plus.
9. Basic understanding of startups, fintech, or SaaS is preferred.

Bonus Skills

1. SQL or Excel for data analysis.
2. Basic understanding of product management.
3. Experience with Notion, Jira, ClickUp, or Linear.
4. Knowledge of financial markets or investing.
5. Experience in professional writing and mailing
6. Experience using automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
