Ai Engineer

Valura is an AI-native global investment platform headquartered in GIFT City, India, operating under

an IFSCA broker-dealer license.

We're looking for a driven AI Engineer Intern to join our core technology team and build production-

grade AI systems that power our platform.

Duration: 36 months Stipend: Competitive Post-internship: PPO opportunity for high performers

What You'll Work On

Build LLM-powered agents for investment research, market summarization, and client-facing

insights

Develop RAG pipelines and vector search systems for financial data

Integrate AI features into Valura's product via APIs and prompt engineering

Experiment with multi-agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, custom

pipelines)

Assist in evaluating model outputs for accuracy, hallucination risk, and compliance

Collaborate with product and design teams to prototype AI-driven UX features

Document systems and contribute to internal AI playbooks

What We're Looking For

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field

Strong Python fundamentals you build end-to-end, not just notebooks

Hands-on experience with LLMs OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models

Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or equivalent frameworks

Basic understanding of REST APIs, vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate), and

cloud services

Genuine curiosity about financial markets

Clear written communication you can explain what your code does and why

Nice to Have

Experience with RAG pipelines or fine-tuning (LoRA / QLoRA)

Knowledge of FastAPI, Supabase, or PostgreSQL

Exposure to financial data APIs
